Prices and Payment

The initial consultation is free.  

This can be conducted either by e-mail, Skype or by telephone.

Local face to face consultations may be arranged.

This discussion provides an opportunity to discuss your requirements 

and the likelihood of success. INITIAL CONSULTATION

PAYMENT

50% payment is required of the price which is agreed between Ancestors' Footprints and the client, once a commission has been agreed and a contract signed.

Any outstanding payment is required within 14 days of the invoice.  Once full payment has been received, the client will be sent the research findings and reports.

Payment can be made either by PayPal, Cheque or BACS.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Any additional costs associated with the research, which is above and beyond what has been agreed, will be discussed with the client, before these are incurred.

Travel

If it is necessary to travel a cost of £0.45 a mile is charged.

Postage

UK postage is a fixed charge of £10.00.  

Overseas costs will depend on the country the report is being sent to.

RESULTS

Ancestors' Footprints always strives to provide information agreed with the client.  However, there are gaps in some of the information which is available from reliable sources e.g. it has been destroyed or damaged. 

Ancestors' Footprints will keep in touch with clients at agreed intervals, to provide updates.
