Bespoke Research

Bespoke research provides a flexible service to meet a variety of requirements. This may be because your required focus is detailed and specific.

There are many reasons why clients pick this option, including;

• Focusing on one particular ancestor.
• Looking up specific information e.g. checking the accuracy of a client's own research or to help get past a brick wall.
• 1:1 advice to help you get started with your own research and suggested next steps.
• House histories.
• Writing a family history story, which may include social history of key events e.g. family members emigrating to America or Australia for work.

Bespoke research costs £30.00 an hour, plus any expenses incurred e.g. time spent at archives.

A fixed price and number of hours will be agreed between Ancestors' Footprints and the client.
